@BartGonnissen Having worked both sides now - Navy and merchant marine, couldn't agree more. Statutory requirements for maintenance/inspections on merchant vessels maintains uptime. Whereas constant push on warships was to defer/shorten maintenance periods and sail more. PMs items became CMs
