@Bearwitness47@guvernmentname@247Sports Our toughest games are Houston, BYU (at home), at Arizona. It’s pretty favorable. I’m not saying they are certain for a championship, but 10-3 feels very possible. Unless things go 2024 on us, we will be in the conversation.
@Bearwitness47@guvernmentname@247Sports Opposing coaches actually respect who we are as a program unlike rival fans 🤷♂️
Sure we lost Whitt and replace most of an OL, but the skill positions upgraded and the defense will be better this year.
@Bearwitness47@guvernmentname@247Sports Utah had the third most votes for winning the Big12 this year, per Big12 coaches… it seems like we are taken at least a little bit serious. We have a good team and favorable schedule.
@TriceClones@MedRaiderUte Brother… the Big10 has always been behind the SEC, that’s an unreal take😂 not to mention the teams that did the most in the Big12 during the 4 playoff team era (OU, Texas once) aren’t here anymore. And it’s crazy that you are riding with them 😂
BREAKING: The Utah Jazz are trading center Walker Kessler to the Los Angeles Lakers for a picks package that includes 2031 unprotected and 2033 unprotected first round picks, and 2028 and 2030 pick swaps, League Sources tell The Athletic
@rich_byu@Jared_Andersen1 I mean as a whole, no. There’s always going to be people who oppose the church, but institutional opposition, no way. Many leaders and donors of the U are members and that thought just doesn’t have legs in my experience.
@rich_byu@Jared_Andersen1 I, as a tithe paying, temple recommend holding member who also attended the U, couldn’t disagree more.
And everyone is toxic to their rivals. The hate definitely goes both ways.
@LuxWade@Firstand16_Pod@MFGawd OC is from the same coaching tree as the last OC. Whitt was great, but Scalley will play more loose and open things up.
Replacing the OL (but have lots of seniority). Retained and upgraded at the skill positions. Obviously biased, but 10 wins is feasible.
