GHMC గతంలో నోటీసులు కూడా ఇచ్చింది. 2024లో demolition చేస్తామని speaking ఆర్డర్లు కూడా జారీ చేసింది. అయినా పట్టించుకోకుండా అక్కడ నిర్మాణాలు జరుగుతున్నాయి. యిదే విషయమై స్థానికులు హైడ్రాకు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. హైడ్రా అధికారులు GHMC, రెవెన్యూ అధికారులతో కలసి క్షేత్ర��్థాయిలో పరిశీలించింది. లేఔట్ ప్రకారం క్రీడాస్థలం కోసం కేటాయించిందని నిర్ధారణ చేసుకుంది. నిర్మాణాలు చేపట్టవద్దని వెంటనే హైడ్రా హెచ్చరించింది. బుధవారం ఉదయం ఆక్రమణలను హైడ్రా తొలగించింది. 5 నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న భావనలతో పాటు రెండు చిన్న గదులతో నిర్మించిన వాటిని తొలగించింది. ఇంకో రెండు భవనాల్లో ఇప్పటికే నివాసాలు ఉండడంతో వాటిని మినహాయించింది. క్రీడామైదానం అందుబాటులోకి రావడంతో శాస్త్రిపురం కాలనీవాసులు ఊపిరి పీల్చుకున్నారు. హైడ్రాకు ఫిర్యాదు చేయగానే చర్యలు చేపట్టడం పట్ల హర్షం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఆక్రమణలు అడ్డుకుంటే భయపెట్టారని.. హైడ్రా రావడంతో క్రీడాస్థలం కాపాడుకోగలిగామని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఎన్నో ఏళ్ల పోరాటం ఫలించిందని సంతోషం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఇక్కడ కబ్జా చేసిన వాళ్లు సామాన్యులు కాదని.. అడ్డుకున్నవాళ్లను బెదిరించారని తెలిపారు.
