🚨 Booked LPG cylinder 3 days ago but BPCL system shows “DELIVERED” since yesterday — I never received it. Possible fake entry/black marketing by local distributor. Complaint closed without action.

After horrible service by @Swiggy, tried cancelling within 5 mins — no option! Payment retried, coupon vanished. No Customer Care over call, They forced me to take what they decided, charged me when I refused. BLOCKED SWIGGY. Consumers, be aware of such scams! @jagograhakjago
@Swiggy this is absurd. I can’t cancel my order even within 5 mins, can’t re-apply a coupon after payment retry, and there’s no way to talk to a human, only useless bot chat. Pathetic customer care and zero accountability.

@AmazonHelp did everything…connecting to customers care till chating to them…end up with automatic cancellation of the order…can’t trust on you for groceries delivery…you have robotic customer care with zero % empathy and solution….
