So I did an oopsie! I’ve got an injured/inflamed rotator cuff! For the next 2-4 weeks I’ll be in a bit of pain! I’ve had this for 2 weeks so far. I’m doing physio and hopefully I’ll be fully healed in 3 months! For now art will be slow, I do apologise!
