I just walked out of church after great service , and I can’t shake this feeling… we’re wasting way too much of the little time we’ve been given. Not because we’re lazy, but because we’re distracted by things that don’t matter. We stress over money, opinions, validation, social media… we hold onto resentment, bitterness, anger, things people said years ago, and none of it serves any purpose in God’s kingdom. None of it is coming with you when this life is over.
a pastor said something that stuck with me. he said don’t assume your trials are punishment for past sins. God doesn’t hold grudges. that’s a human thing. keep good thoughts about God even in the hard seasons. he’s working something out for you
Drugs, sex, alcohol, money, sports, weed, the list goes on. None of these compares to the joy of the Holy Spirit. Weak men seek temporary pleasures, real men chase after true joy!!
King Saul disobeyed God repeatedly and even tried to kill David.
Yet when David had the chance to harm Saul, he showed mercy, a reflection of God’s heart.
Later, God raised up David, a man after His own heart, despite David’s own failures.
God’s mercy triumphs over judgment.
He is not holding your past against you. Come receive forgiveness for today.
Sex is sacred.
Not casual. Not cheap. Not something to experiment with like it has no consequence.
Sex is soul-tying.
You don’t just touch a body—you connect spirits, emotions, and destinies. That’s why it’s hard to “just move on” from someone you were intimate with. Something deeper was exchanged.
Sex is for marriage.
Not because God wants to restrict you… but because He wants to protect you.
In a world that normalizes hookups and casual relationships, many are silently dealing with:
Emotional attachments they can’t explain
Heartbreaks they didn’t see coming
Confusion, guilt, and spiritual heaviness
Why? Because something sacred was treated as ordinary.
The truth is, anything powerful without boundaries becomes destructive.
Sex was designed to:
Strengthen covenant
Deepen intimacy
Bring unity between two people committed for life
Outside of that covering, it often brings:
Brokenness
Unhealthy soul ties
Emotional instability
But hear this clearly—there is grace.
If you’ve gone against this truth before, God is not done with you. He restores. He heals. He makes all things new. Your past does not cancel your future.
Choose purity.
Choose wisdom.
Choose God’s design over the world’s confusion.
Because what is sacred should be honored, not abused.
“For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths.”
2 Timothy 4:3-4
Spiritual warfare 101 - No matter how overwhelmed you “feel” inside, never show the devil. You see, the devil is NOT Omniscient, so he does not know all things. The things he knows about us are things said and spoken of us. Or the things we let out from our mouths ourselves or by our reactions and actions. So while you may be overwhelmed in your soul, the way he gets to know is from your reaction. And because he is a wicked and oppressive entity, when he knows where it hurts, he robs it in the more.
But responding in praise confounds him. This is exactly the rationale behind the idea that praise confuses the enemy. Because he can’t understand why his onslaught is not causing you to give up and give in.
So beloved saints of God, regardless how you feel right now, find a way to release your praise !
“14 But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.”
Psalm 71:14.
You are BLESSED 🙂
You read the Bible.
But you don’t sit with God.
You highlight verses.
You follow the plan.
You tick the box.
But you don’t linger.
You don’t listen.
You don’t wait.
Here’s why spiritual intimacy requires stillness… not speed:
(Save this)
I’m sorry if this offends anyone but Jesus influence is stronger now than it has been in 1000 years. He is coming back, you don’t have to believe it but the signs are everywhere. Our king is coming.
