@saikenMD Hey I had one of those! Spontaneous Pneumothorax, when I was in my mid 20s right before covid. Was told by the respiratory nurse they can just happen sometimes in tall thin young men. Then had it re-occur a couple months later so needed surgery to stop it happening again

@RavenCasts @anniefuchsia There are plenty of beginner guides that can just get you started on a goal, and then the game is super free flow to set whatever goals you want to do yourself!
