@Indicfederr0d Ironically, if you improve FSI, green spaces will increase too as open area will increase which has to be landscaped and maintained. Low FSI is a lose-lose case. Wasting prime land which neither feeds greenery nor commercial optimisation.

@Hari7599 PS 1&2 had stellar visuals. IMO, terrific staging too.A 5 part novel was condensed fantastically. PS-2 interval is loaded with info.Mani doesnt spoon feed. He keeps moving & stages a banger. Same with the climax conversation.Very tough to pull off but phenomenal staging.
