Took a Rapido ride this morning,driver didn’t switch on the AC, no action taken, no refund. Then in the afternoon, got overcharged by ₹40, again no refund. What’s going on, @rapidobikeapp? Uber is very fast in refunding and providing resolutions

Booked 1.5 hr “Instant Help” from Urban Company for ₹210. The worker left in 30 minutes saying she had another booking. Now I’ve been refunded only ₹120, and to finish the same work I must book another service for ₹140.
