Islam should be treated like the political movement that it is.

If a foreign anarchist group moved into a Western country and stated that it's goal of overthrowing the government was protected because they wrote it down in a book and called it scripture, it would be laughable.
Everyone would know exactly what they were up to.

The West's preference for religious tolerance must have a hard line that cannot be crossed.

A movement that aims to take control of, and require submission from other citizens, should not be tolerated.

Not only are the numbers and stories coming out of Canada horrific (over 16,000 people euthanized in 2025) but we are also told constantly from the left that we cannot execute criminals on death row because it is inhumane and far too costly, instead we must keep them alive and support them forever, or worse, release them back out into the population.

Canada has proven that this is nonsense...in the worst possible way.

83-year-old grandmother Brigitte Stegemann was euthanized against her will in Canada.

She declined MAiD, citing her Christian faith and her preference for a natural death.

Her granddaughter and primary caregiver was away on a 10-day vacation when staff reportedly held private conversations with Brigitte to convince her to die by lethal injection.

They reportedly claimed she had agreed to be killed, despite there being no evidence of her consent.

On the day of her death, her family says she remained silent, with her hands in a prayer position, and did not give the final verbal confirmation they had been assured would be required.

The injection proceeded anyway, and she was killed on July 10.

The Islamic Center of Irving (ICI) is building the 62,000-square-foot "ICI Oasis," a mixed-use development next to its mosque in Irving, Texas. The $16.5 million project will include apartments and retail space.

The project is owned by the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), an organization that has long been scrutinized over historical links to the Muslim Brotherhood.

NAIT was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism-financing case, and internal Muslim Brotherhood documents introduced during that case identified NAIT as part of the Brotherhood's U.S. network.

The primary document linking U.S. Islamic groups to the Muslim Brotherhood was a captured 1991 internal memo titled the "An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America."

Authored by a senior Muslim Brotherhood member, Mohamed Akram, the memo outlined a "civilization-jihad process" to destroy Western civilization from within.

The memo listed a network of "friendly" organizations designed to operate under the umbrella of the U.S.’s Muslim Brotherhood.

With its two HQs in London and Istanbul, as well as its state sponsors in Doha, Qatar, the Muslim Brotherhood has been spreading Islamism and violence across the West, Africa (particularly in Sudan where they are allied with the Sudanese Armed Forces), and the Middle East.

They are considered the largest and best-organized Islamist group in the world.

The other four senators have their own States and their own constituents, it is their job to get their senators to do what they're supposed to do Rand is not in charge of babysitting all of the GOP senators (and yes of course he's tried to get them to change their mind) find out if your senators is one of them and hound them.

Neither budget we vote on today includes the SAVE Act - they cannot.

Both budgets can only include $ that MIGHT urge some states to encourage voter ID

(stronger language precluded by Senate reconciliation rules).

The conservative pathway is a budget that reduces debt and gets as much as we can under the rules.

I will vote for the budget that reduces the debt, not adds to it.
