@windoges1 I just tested it, it feels weird, cuz stats wise the item for Hwei is good, having 300 HP + 20 AH is good ( 25% AS is fun for trade patern on side ) but passive damage is clueless tbh
+ Dusk and Down cost 3100g
Just go Horizon Focus for 2700g and get a bit more of AP and AH ?
