@KyleHessling1 Same story with 4.5.
I asked how to get licensed to compete in table tennis in a neighboring country (dual-country licensing is common at competitive level there’s an official process).
Claude flagged it as dangerous…
Pourtant, le fisc a tort :
L'art. L.136-6 CSS (revenus du patrimoine) exclut expressément de son champ les revenus "assujettis à la contribution sur les revenus d'activité" (L.136-1 à L.136-5).
Or, l'art.

New $1,000 bounty: "RDNA3 assembly backend reusing the X86 assembly infrastructure passing all tests and competitive on speed"
We already have all the RDNA3 instruction encodings and emulator. And now with the CPU:X86 backend, we have a register allocator and isel template.
The AI panic is really unbelievable today. The level of delusion and hype have grown to mythic proportions.
Has AI beaten Pokemon Red yet? Like a normal 6 year old does, by looking at the screen? Oh it hasn't. But all jobs are over in 18 months? This website is full of idiots.
@Context_Mike@AlexFinn Hermes can autonomously fix your broken openclaw settings after an upgrade for example. I have wasted so much days repairing broken openclaw after every upgrades.
We’ve agreed to a partnership with @SpaceX that will substantially increase our compute capacity.
This, along with our other recent compute deals, means that we’ve been able to increase our usage limits for Claude Code and the Claude API.
We're open-sourcing Hy-MT1.5-1.8B-1.25bit — a 440MB translation model that runs fully offline on your phone, supports 33 languages, and outperforms Google Translate.
At 1.8B parameters, it matches commercial translation APIs and 235B-scale models on standard benchmarks. By quantizing to 1.25-bit, memory drops from 3.3GB (FP16) to 440MB — 25% smaller and ~10% faster than prior 1.67-bit approaches, with no accuracy loss.
Covers 33 languages, 5 dialects, and 1,056 translation directions including minority languages like Tibetan and Mongolian.
Our translation model has won 30 first-place rankings in international MT competitions and is already deployed across multiple Tencent products.🏆

The EU is pouring billions into AI sovereignty -> gigafactories, sovereign compute, the European Chips Act, Mistral at €10B+, and more.
There are very few public companies that can capitalize on EU sovereignty (apart from $NBIS 🤭).
However there is a french microcap which just finished transitioning to a DPU IP business, and every one of those AI gigafactories will need DPUs.
DPUs are the data offload layer, handling networking, security and storage so the GPUs can compute.
NVIDIA $NVDA solved this by buying Mellanox for $7 billion in 2019. However, there was no Europeans alternative, until now.
There is exactly one European DPU IP company on a public exchange, and yesterday it printed its first positive EBITDA in company history.
It's $ALKAL (Kalray, with €66M MC, trading onEuronext Growth Paris).
Here is the breakdown of their 2025 financials:
Semi revenue: €3.6M -> €14.3M (+296% YoY, 4x)
Gross margin: 51.5% -> 93.3% (!!)
EBITDA: -€3.9M -> +€6.2M (first ever positive)
FCF: -€21.1M -> +€2.3M
Growing 40 percentage point in 1 year is enabled due to the company finishing transitioning from a capital-intensive fabless model to an IP licensing + co-design services model.
That's what $ARM, $CEVA, $SNPS look like. Not what fabless chip designers look like.
They also have a live pipeline :
-> Openchip partnership already producing (€4M IP license + €10M services), and Openchip just signed NEC in Japan
-> New €10M+ contract being finalized with "an AI & HPC infrastructure leader" over 18 months
-> Plus royalties on the final chips produced
-> 2026 guidance: double-digit revenue growth and further EBITDA improvement
The main concern for me is that they only have 2M in cash and c.8M in debt, so the burn rate is a watch. But if they can sustain FCF positivity this shouldn't be a concern.
Further, on their cap table they have :
NXP Semiconductors $NXPI
CEA (French sovereign tech research)
Safran $SAF
Bpifrance (French Sovereign Investment Fund)
This is a French sovereign-backed semi IP holder with $NXPI as a strategic shareholder sitting only at €66M MC,
$ARM trades at ~30x revenue as a pure IP licensor. $CEVA at ~5x.
If $ALKAL hits ~€20M of semi revenue in FY26 (their double-digit guidance implies it) and the market reprices it as an IP licensor at even 8x, that's €150M+ MC -> 2-3x from here.
I personally think this is the cleanest listed pure-play on European AI compute sovereignty in the market.
🇫🇷 A French tax official was arrested for selling crypto investors' home addresses and financial records to criminal networks.
41 kidnappings followed. One every 2.5 days since January 2026.
The criminals didn't need to hack anything. They bought a list from someone inside the government.
France is the most dangerous country in the world right now if you hold crypto and someone knows about it 💀

@durov And we’re forgetting something major: 23 million accounts compromised, 250 million records exposed, and over 300 services breached since the start of the year…
At this point, we’re basically a digital sieve. https://t.co/xq5FMuIkJ7
41 kidnappings of crypto holders in France in 3.5 months of 2026.
Why?
🥖 French tax officials selling crypto owners' data to criminals (Ghalia C.) + massive tax database leaks.
Now the state also wants IDs and private messages of social media users.
More data = More victims.
Solar met 75% of global electricity demand growth in 2025. Clean power covered all new demand, so fossil generation didn’t rise for the first time since 2020.
Solar electricity is on track to become by far the biggest source of power.
