What a beautiful day to be alive! In a few hours time however, when mid service and I’m sweating my sweet life away, I may retract that statement. Have a great day everybody.

@dinserelli It’s the moo from the cow, and the oink from the pig... Beef meatballs wrapped in bacon, seasoned with our secret rub, then smoked over oak wood. We then glaze them with our bbq sauce towards the end. It’s a smokey little dream.
