I didn’t really want to watch this video but finally viewed it all just now. We really need to require our liberal friends and relatives to view it. It’s so terrible.
My dear brothers and sisters, opportunities await each of us this Christmas season to reach out and show kindness with Christlike love and compassion and to make a difference.
In the 2025 First Presidency’s Christmas Devotional, President @HollandJeffreyR invited listeners to “bless the life of someone who is still temporarily alone in a manner that makes them feel ... home for Christmas.” https://t.co/bKUDRwOqD2
Hello, good morning, happy Friday and a friendly reminder:
BYU has a better resume than both Notre Dame and Miami, and shouldn't need a win in the Big 12 title game to get into the playoff.
That's it. That's the tweet.
Enjoy your Friday
Backlash against the @NFL is growing over the decision to have Bad Bunny perform at the Super Bowl Halftime show.
We don’t have to just sit back and helplessly watch as our children are exposed to this grossly inappropriate content.
Pass it on!!!!

There are those among us with a deep sense of justice and a warrior’s heart. Nothing wrong with that! Some of you have actual careers where righteous indignation serves a temporal purpose. And frankly, we all, whether born with it or not, should have the courage to stand up in literal defense of our neighbors when the rare opportunity is before us.
However. The Lord sent many of his most righteously-indignant children to earth in this final dispensation to serve a different purpose. The war was won by Jesus Christ. The only fight that remains is the battle for souls. He needs us to bridle our passions—not just the ones that require moral virtue, but any fire in our bellies that many consume instead of refine. He loves that energy, and He wants us to use it to bring His children home, all of them, as many as will come, before it’s too late.
“Jesus overturned the tables!” some say. “He called the pharisees hypocrites!” He did—because He had FULL SIGHT into every soul. Judgment is His because we are blind to one another’s hearts. We see with two gelatinous gobs of organized matter fitted neatly into our skulls, and anything else we perceive is only by the spirit-revealing light of the Holy Ghost.
So God said “No. Judgment is mine.” And what did He mean by that? We are to use our discernment to recognize good from evil and to make right choices. We are to judge when called upon to be judges—whether secular or clerical—leading with Christlike mercy, with the goal of healing and saving in mind. And when we encounter those who work to thwart the work of the Lord, we are to condemn no one to hell but rather reveal the doctrinal truth, speak of ideas and not people, be a helper and a rescuer of souls, and rebuke the devil rather than any child of God suffering under sin—any prisoner bound in the enemy’s chains.
The Lord reserved condemnation of souls to Himself as a mercy to us. He would not hand us a mantle too weighty for our shoulders to bear. He absolved us of the risk and responsibility of deciding, in our blindness, who among us deserves redemption, because war with a fellow traveler injures both warriors. In the end, it will not matter who was the saint, for both will have sinned, and both will find themselves driven further away from God.
Maybe your Father sent you here, warrior spirit, to learn how to temper your temper. Maybe your great challenge upon this earth will be to train your sense of righteous judgment into a tool that will defeat the devil’s minions and snatch the living from his grasp. It is all of us against satan, for Christ. And the only way to win is one brother, one sister, one soul at a time, with a mind to win them back and not defeat them.
We beat swords into plowshares to bring again Zion. We till and seed and nourish and weed the fields of the Father’s love. When Christ returns and draws back the veil, may He find our rough hands and strong backs building His Eden, not stained with the blood of another’s ailing soul. Our passion has a purpose, and it’s not to destroy.
Time is running out! What will you do with it today?
