“Have you abandoned nuclear?”
That’s how @penuelist_ opened the interview. 😇
The conversation only got more interesting from there.

Well, @ParliamentofRSA has once again called for public inputs on possible constitutional amendments.
For those who may not know, the Constitution itself allows for amendments through Section 74. In other words, the Constitution was designed to be amended where Parliament and the people believe change is necessary.
Parliament is currently receiving legal opinions on submissions made during the previous Constitutional Review process, including SACR's submission. We therefore hope Parliament will also provide South Africans with feedback on the outcome of that process and explain how those submissions were considered.
As we did before, we the people of South Africa will once again make our voices heard by participating in this process.
I will share the submission link and further details soon.
Public participation should not end when submissions are sent. Citizens deserve to know what happens next.

MK Party president Jacob Zuma says undocumented foreigners in South Africa should not be defended and that the country must act against illegal immigration.
Today, we unveil the official SACR logo.
More than a logo, it is a symbol of a growing citizen-led movement committed to accountability, public participation, and ensuring that the voice of ordinary South Africans is heard.
The hand, formed from the colours of our national flag, represents the people of South Africa. It reflects our belief that the Constitution belongs to the people and that citizens must remain at the centre of shaping our country’s future.
We invite every South African who shares these values to stand with us and make this symbol their own.
Reclaiming the Voice of the People.

There is no truth like this; even celebrities, ministers/ politicians have business outside South Africa while the citizens suffer. We can’t be quiet about this nonsense while we are the ones eating poison and expired food.
Mostly employed Mozambiquen, Malawian, Lesotho and Zimbabweans.
President Cyril Ramaphosa says South Africa welcomes legal migrants and refugees, but everyone living, working or doing business in the country must be in the country legally.

My fellow South Africans, 🇿🇦
Once again, President Cyril Ramaphosa stood before the nation to speak on the immigration crisis, but he sadly missed the most important point. While he focuses on warnings against xenophobia, "managing migration flows," and calls for more regional discussions, the everyday struggles of ordinary South Africans are being pushed aside. As patriots who deeply love this country and want to see it prosper for our own people, we must speak plainly about the real impact of unchecked illegal immigration.
We are a sovereign nation with over 40 million citizens facing sky-high unemployment, deep poverty, rising crime, and failing public services. Yet the continuous flood of illegal immigrants is adding unbearable pressure that makes all these problems even harder to solve:
🇿🇦 :Jobs and livelihoods: Illegal foreigners are often willing to work for much lower wages in key sectors like construction, retail, spaza shops, informal trading, and even some formal businesses. This directly undercuts South African workers who are already desperate for employment. Our people especially the youth deserve first priority in their own country to feed their families and build a future.
🇿🇦 :Public services under strain: Our clinics, hospitals, and schools were already collapsing due to years of poor governance. Now, undocumented migrants add thousands more users to the system, meaning longer waiting times, fewer resources, and reduced quality of care and education for South African citizens who rely on them.
🇿🇦 :Crime and national security: Porous borders have turned into easy routes for organised crime syndicates bringing in drugs, fueling human trafficking, illegal mining (zama zamas), and violent crime. Many communities no longer feel safe in their own neighbourhoods, and law-abiding citizens bear the brunt of this insecurity.
🇿🇦 :Housing and community tensions: Informal settlements and townships are becoming more overcrowded, with fierce competition for limited RDP houses, land, and basic services. This creates unnecessary friction and makes integration difficult for everyone.
President @CyrilRamaphosa urgently needs to do his own thorough, ground-level research on the Border Management Authority (BMA) and the Department of @HomeAffairsSA before addressing us as a nation again. The systemic failures in these departments from weak border control to slow deportations and poor data systems are clear for all to see. At this critical point, by failing to firmly side with South African citizens first, he is decampaigning himself and the @MYANC. The people have lost trust. No one is trusting the ANC on this issue anymore because they seem more interested in political correctness and regional diplomacy than protecting their own citizens.
As true patriots, we are not against legal, skilled immigration that genuinely benefits South Africa and grows our economy. But we cannot continue sacrificing our sovereignty, our children's future, or the stability of our communities. We demand real leadership: South Africa First! This means properly securing our borders with technology and manpower, strictly enforcing our immigration laws without fear or favour, prioritising citizens for jobs and services, and deporting those who are here illegally.
The upcoming 30 June deadline must not be another round of empty promises and delays. We have heard enough talk now is the time for visible, decisive action that puts the needs of Mzansi citizens at the centre.
What do you think, fellow South Africans? Are we not tired of being treated as second-class in our own land? Let’s raise our voices for real change and leadership that listens to the people. Enough is enough.

Minister @Stellarated please disclose the transparent criteria used to select beneficiaries for the R500 million Spaza Shop Support Fund and publish the full list of approved recipients with amounts and locations to ensure accountability.
ANNOUNCEMENT:
@ParliamentofRSA finally breaks its silence. We welcome the engagement and the upcoming Constitutional Review Committee proceedings tomorrow.
However, South Africans deserve full transparency on what happened to their submissions and what comes next.
As things stand, plans to pursue legal action remain unchanged.

🚨BREAKING: I NOW ALSO HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTED PROOF OF SANRAL R3, 6 BILLION CORRUPT TENDERS AWARDED TO A CHINESE COMPANY SO I WILL BE PUBLISHING ALL OF THEM

So let’s get this straight Minister.
Thousands of foreign nationals are appearing in our courts, but when Parliament asks how many were granted bail and then disappeared, the answer is: "We don't keep that information."
When asked how many are in the country legally versus illegally: "We don't know that either."
If the @DOJCD_ZA cannot track foreign nationals who enter the criminal justice system, then who exactly is keeping score?
