@GovMurphy If it’s anything like the NJEDA’s Main Street Micro Business Loan, better tell the provides who apply not to hold their breath. Put my application in 5 hours after the app window opened and still have not heard anything 3 months later. They took my $100 app fee no problem though

I have been in touch with many small business owners who applied on October 6th and have not heard anything. We would love to hear how many businesses have received funding from the loan and what can be expected for us waiting.

@POTUS The US Dept Of Ed forgiving $10k of debt is the equivalent to mortgages holders reducing principle balances by $10k. It will provide little stimulus to the economy since borrows do not actually get 10k in their bank. Monthly payments would be lower but payments are on pause still

@waytooript @POTUS Many people have tap water that is not ideal for consumption whether it be water line concerns or treatment systems that negatively affect the taste. Also not all people have storage full of useless items. People rent storage for business operations, renovating and moving.

When they sold the home the buyers home inspector reported ���A licensed professionals needs to look at the HVAC system as the AC runs when the furnace is on”

@energysmartwv In my experience the size of those holes indicate that this heat exchanger failed some time ago. Completely agree on how critical HVAC system maint is, could have easily been found In the non heating season and appropriate action to repair or replaced unit could have been taken
