Did you see herlose her temper?No... She talked a child out of becoming a killer, waited until Ruthye was gone, then finished a slaver who had already KIlled families, poisoned Krypto, and was going to keep doing it the second anyone looked away. That’s not a lack of moral code. That’s a different one.

I know Superman had a no-kill rule but he has prisons, the League, public institutions, and a city that still pretends the system works. Kara spent the whole movie on the edge of the map with people who sell girls and laugh about it. Sparing Krem after all that isn’t virtue. It’s outsourcing the next body count to whoever he meets next week.

So If your only acceptable Supergirl is one who never dirties her hands, you’re not asking for a moral code. You’re asking for Superman in a skirt. This one isn’t that. That’s the point.
