They're soft launching quarters in football, they're using the heat at the World Cup as a justification for the extended breaks and before long every FIFA sanctioned tournament will have a two 5 minute breaks.

@rebekkarnold Agree entirely. My issue is that I don't trust the government enough to believe the reason they're doing it is for child safety and not some some other dodgy reason.
