As a partnership of 17 social landlords we will work with the UK Government, local leaders and others to find solutions to unlock additional supply and regenerate our brownfield sites.
Together, we will push for the additional affordable homes which the West Midlands needs.
In today’s #KingsSpeech the Government set out plans to:
📈Accelerate economic growth and housebuilding
🤝Transfer power back to local leaders
🚪Protect renters from no fault evictions
🏠Fix broken systems to improve leaseholds and
commonholds

We are in a housing crisis.
Two million children in England live in overcrowded, unaffordable, or unsuitable homes. That’s why we need a long-term plan for housing, to ensure warm and decent homes for more families and fix child homelessness.
