@nicklmg got backpack yesterday and I have to say that it is the best backpack I’ve had. Also thanks for support for quick refund, I had to pay VAT twice but support fixed this immediately after sending them a proof of payment.
@nicklmg Hi, I ordered a backpack and now it is stuck in Finnish customs because the package didn’t include IOSS number. Is this something that support can tell me or what should I do?
