@Starbucks why don’t your “coffee shops” never have coffee brewed and ready? I’ve stood in my last Starbucks line, having to wait in line for a regular coffee that you never have brewed is old, this happens @ 9/10 Starbucks and I’m done wasting my time at your shops.

Shoutout to @AmericanAir 5 minutes after our plane was fully boarded they had us deplane due to a part they did not have on hand to fix an issue they found earlier. We were on another plane within 30 minutes of deplaning, our delay was minimal. Thank you #americanairlines

Never sent it and Ray-Ban took over an hour on the phone to tell me they can’t help me with my return because of this error. They have a return number and all.

Traveling home today, 8:30am flight is delayed over 4 hours resulting in not getting home until 10hrs past original arrival time. I have to say @united customer service (in person and virtually) has been amazing, they’ve been as kind and as accommodating as can be. 🙏 @united

@UberEats@Uber since #ubereats does not have my back as a customer, I’m deleting the app as well as #Uber, @lyft costs the same, n they have good customer service. It’s obvious that @ubereats does not investigate. @DoorDash it is, they make it right when a restaurant does not.
