This 4 day work week is truly feeling like 20 days long...I have a week vacation booked for the end of the month though so legitimately this is the reason why 1 work day is 5 days long.

I harvested 68g of micro arugula. 😅🤣 we a long way away from 1.5 lbs.
But we're closer than last week.

I let my "in theory" side get the best of me today and now I have to grow pounds of micro greens for the 29th of September...despite never having really grown micro greens.
Now the "in practice" side of me...is pulling my eyelids down. 🫠🤣 we just barely got the seeds for it...

I have trialed 4 different trays of sprouts...I have 1.5 of them sprouted...not enough to like eat? Maybe Monday? 🫠😅🙃🤣
Let me research some more...how was my germination rate 99% and now I'm like "wait you only want them sprouts?!" And can't barely get anything now.
