My friend Benny told me the SEC case is trash and for dingeleberries.

He said that to bring a case in a country/region, you need to show the link between the place and defendant.

The SEC are saying that this case needs to be heard in New York because $HEX is on Uniswap and that the developers of Uniswap are registered in New York.
