@Insta360service @insta360 It fixed when you updated the app this morning. I can now export hdr footage correctly.

Also your technical support has been speaking with me for days but went silent 2 days ago over the issue. I pay for your cloud+ service so it would be nice to have better customer service.

Hey @insta360 when I export HRD videos off the cloud shot from my x4 the HDR exports are reverting to non hdr HEVC encodings once they reach my phone.

Yesterday they exported fine and in hdr. Now I can’t get anything that isn’t a washed out white image. I attached some pictures

@Insta360service @insta360 Everything I’ve exported has all been from the app. Both of the snapshots I sent were both exported the exact same way off iCloud +. It was working fine like 3 days ago but the last 2 days something has been occurring during the exporting process that removes the hdr/dolby vision
