Claude all-nighters feel like 90s Command & Conquer skirmish mode 🕹️… you swear “one more move,” and suddenly it’s 4am. Except now the base you’re building is real… and way more addictive 🚀
Hey @Tesla love my Cybertruck Foundation, but I burned through 50k miles fast back in Dec and I had been out of warranty… feels like heavy users need an extended coverage option. Anything in the works?
Doing the right thing isn’t always popular.
Our team refused unsafe, non-permitted HVAC work to protect a homeowner, and received a negative review for it. We followed Yelp’s reporting process, but the issue remains unresolved. Contractors who prioritize safety shouldn’t be punished for following code.
@Yelp we previously moved to DMs but ended up in an endless loop with no resolution. Hoping for a proper second look and hopefully the right and fair outcome.

Respectfully, this can be a bit misleading without context. I’ve personally never seen techs earning $500/hr as traditional hourly employees.
In many cases, higher numbers like this are tied to 1099 subcontractors, who don’t have consistent pay, benefits, or guaranteed hours. Compensation is typically project-based, not hourly.
For example, we often pay $700–$1,200 per project for specialized 1099 work depending on complexity, risk, and scope….not an hourly wage.
Important distinction as the structure of pay matters just as much as the headline number. Curious to know who is paying $500/hr.
Be Sunny Madra, probably the most underrated founder engineer type tech
> starts as a hardware engineer at Cisco in 2000, grinds for 6 years
> co-founds Xtreme Labs in 2007, a mobile dev shop
> sells it to Pivotal for ~$60M, becomes CTO Mobile and then VP Strategy at Pivotal
> gets bored, co-founds Autonomic in 2016, building cloud infra for smart mobility
> sells it to Ford, becomes VP of Ford X running their innovation lab
> gets bored again and leaves Ford
> co-founds Definitive Intelligence
> sells it to Groq, becomes President and COO of Groq
> December 2025 NVIDIA licenses Groq's tech for $20B, largest deal in NVIDIA history
> joins NVIDIA as VP of Hardware
my bet is he leaves NVIDIA and starts something else soon (odds likely in favor). Also, angel in SpaceX, Uber pre IPO, Notion, and Epic Games! 🤯
Generational inspirational run @sundeep! 👏
@sundeep Big thanks @sundeep 🐐 for highlighting the grind. We've been heads-down using every tool out there + layering AI where it actually helps (and noting where it falls flat)…Who's ready for the upgrade? 👀
I’ve been collaborating with a close friend (@a2bek) for over 4 years, who has been diligently building and expanding an HVAC and electrical practices in the Bay Area.
The team has been utilizing all the available software solutions, but they’ve also been diligently taking notes on their shortcomings. Additionally, they’ve been heavily utilizing AI to enhance and complement their workflows.
