The passport control for anyone outside Europe is terrible as well. And who ever invented the satellite S terminal should be banned from any design :-(

As usual the service of @Iberia is the worse in the world. They try to be with the big boys, but as long as you do not step up your game and deliver a better service you will always be this weird Spanish low cost airline company which is charging premium with the worse service.
