@chase777melod3s You said “people don’t have someone to talk to.” But if your point is to have someone to talk to that is a supercomputer, then I will admit, I am not that at all.
@kittischmitti So sloppy on Ubi’s part. Like, finish his story and then spin-off, don’t stop the story and spend the next two decades trying to figure out where to go from there haha
I don't recall any previous transformative technologies having to be sold so desperately. No one in 1999 was going, "Guys. Cell phone? It's coming, whether we like it or not. I think it's important, FOR WOMEN ESPECIALLY, to learn about cell phone. So that we're not left behind!!"
@216thinker One of my fav spots in LA is a truck parked in their front yard, and then they decorated their lawn to have restaurant seating in a garden.
@erenfromtargets And tbh, I don’t think I’d have the strength to say what he said UNLESS I had a cowl and cape on. If he was in normal clothes, people would’ve clowned on him for caring the way Batman does and looking like a typical suburban dad.
@strawbetty_ Because they are never the same again. They literally can’t be kids anymore. Like kids that survive school shootings….it’s the entire point of the movie.
@favdickinson I also found it interesting that when she was in the throes of it, she was also almost invisible to the film itself. I swear I only saw her again when her sister comes to visit and like, yeah, it’s like that!
