पिछले 5 महीनों से मेरे माता-पिता न्याय की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं।

सरकार कहती है कि व्यवस्था बदल गई है, लेकिन ज़मीनी हकीकत कहाँ बदली?

पुलिस आती है, जियो-टैग फोटो लेती है, रिपोर्ट बनाकर जमा कर देती है... लेकिन आज तक मेरे माता-पिता का सामान कहाँ गया, इसका कोई जवाब नहीं मिला।

सबसे बड़ा सवाल मीडिया से है। किस मीडिया के पास जाएँ? उस मीडिया के पास जो केवल अधिकारियों के बयान छापती है? क्या आज पत्रकारिता का काम सिर्फ़ सरकारी जवाबों को प्रकाशित करना रह गया है? क्या पीड़ित की आवाज़ अब किसी की प्राथमिकता नहीं रही?

मैंने ��ाननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी को भी टैग किया, SSP साहब को भी लिखा, लेकिन अब समझ नहीं आता कि न्याय के लिए आखिर किसके दरवाज़े पर जाएँ।

हर बार एक ही जवाब आता है @aligarhpolice:

"कृपया संबंधित घटनास्थल/घटना विवरण से अवगत करायें।"

क्या एक आम नागरिक की आवाज़ इतनी कमजोर हो गई है कि पाँच महीने बाद भी उसे सिर्फ़ इंतज़ार ही मिले?

हमें न्याय चाहिए, संवेदना नहीं।

अगर देश की सबसे बड़ी और चर्चित संस्थाओं में भी पारदर्शिता पर सवाल उठ सकते हैं, तो अलीगढ़ जैसे छोटे शहरों और ज़िलों में होने वाली अनियमितताओं की निष्पक्ष जांच कितनी आसानी से हो पाती होगी?
यदि संग्रह (Collection) से संबंधित रिपोर्टें समय पर सरकार तक नहीं पहुँचती हों, तो सरकार को वास्तविक स्थिति का पता कैसे चलेगा?
क्या हर स्तर पर जवाबदेही समान है, या व्यवस्था का प्रभाव केवल आम नागरिकों तक ही सीमित रह जाता है?
जनता को केवल आश्वासन नहीं, बल्कि पारदर्शिता, निष्पक्ष जांच और समयबद्ध कार्रवाई चाहिए।

किन्तु विनम्र निवेदन है कि जिस प्रकार Noida के GIMS में संविदा कर्मियों को हटाए जाने की खबरें सामने आईं, कहीं उसी प्रकार Aligarh में भी कर्मचारियों के साथ अन्यायपूर्ण व्यवहार तो नहीं हो रहा? शिकायतें दर्ज होने के बावजूद यदि कार्यवाही न हो, तो ऐसे कर्मियों का भविष्य क्या होगा?

To whom should we turn for justice?

It has been over 4 months since the robbery. The accused have been caught by @aligarhpolice, yet there has been no recovery of the stolen belongings and no meaningful progress. My elderly parents continue to suffer emotionally and financially while waiting for justice.

We request the concerned authorities to intervene and expedite the recovery process and resolution of the case. How long must victims continue to suffer after the culprits are already in custody?

प्रकरण की पूरी जानकारी, थाना क्षेत्र और घटना का विवरण पहले ही साझा किया जा चुका है। 1 मार्च की चोरी में आरोपी पकड़े जा चुके हैं, फिर भी आज तक कोई बरामदगी नहीं हुई।

यह प्रकरण थाना सासनी गेट, जनपद अलीगढ़ से संबंधित है। दिनांक 01 मार्च को हम���रे निवास पर चोरी की घटना हुई थी। पुलिस द्वारा आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार क��� लिया गया है, परंतु घटना के लगभग 4 माह बीत जाने के बाद भी चोरी गए सामान की कोई बरामदगी नहीं हुई है।

मेरे माता-पिता लगातार मानसिक एवं आर्थिक परेशानी का सामना कर रहे हैं। कृपया प्रकरण में आवश्यक कार्रवाई कर चोरी गए सामान की शीघ्र बरामदगी कराने का कष्ट करें।

Do you only raise issues that are popular and trending, or do you also stand with Jain families who are genuinely suffering and seeking justice?

For the last three months, my family especially my parents has been struggling every single day for justice. Despite repeated appeals, not a single prominent voice from the Jain community has come forward to support us or even highlight our case.

If our own community remains silent during difficult times, then where should we seek hope?

Justice should not depend on influence, reach, or popularity. Every victim deserves to be heard.

Seeking justice for a common citizen has become one of the toughest battles in today's system.

It has been over three months, and we are still waiting for progress. A lifetime of hard-earned assets and dreams belonging to my parents remain unrecovered. Despite our continuous efforts, there has been no meaningful action.

“Justice delayed is justice denied” feels painfully real when you see your own father suffering. The pain of watching a parent go through injustice is unbearable. While the powerful may find quicker resolutions, common people are left to struggle in silence. Media also has a responsibility to present both sides, not just the version amplified by influence. It has been 1 month 24 days—almost 2 months—and still there is no action or result in my case. The accused are still not caught. If strict action had been taken initially, they wouldn’t be roaming freely today.

This delay is not just negligence; it gives criminals confidence and puts others at risk. They are underground now, possibly planning more crimes while living without fear.

I sincerely urge the @aligarhpolice Department and SSP Sir @sspaligarh to take immediate and serious action. If there is any possibility of solving this case, please act now. Justice delayed is justice denied.
