🚨 BIG ISSUE RAISED IN PARLIAMENT

AAP MP Raghav Chadha questioned the “high-handedness” of telecom companies over prepaid plans.

@raghav_chadha said if a recharge expires, blocking outgoing calls is understandable but why block incoming calls too?

Millions of users suddenly lose access to OTP messages, important calls, and basic communication.

📢 His demand: Incoming calls should remain active for at least 1 year after recharge expiry so that common citizens don’t lose their right to communication.

India has over 1 billion mobile users this change could impact millions of prepaid customers. 📱🔥

Here’s what’s happening with crypto in India 👇🧵

We tell our community to pay taxes and follow the rules—but what does the Indian government give in return?

❌ No crypto withdrawal
❌ No support in WazirX hack
❌ Bitbns blocking funds
❌ INR deposit issues
❌ 1% TDS, no loss set-off

Taxed without protection.

💹 The Brutal Truth of Being a Trader in India
•Traders risk their own capital every day, with no fixed salary, no employee perks, and zero job security.

•They face constant market volatility, mental pressure, sleepless nights — all to make a living.

•No Provident Fund, no pension, no insurance, no government support — even in failure.
•Still, traders are heavily taxed:
•📉 1% TDS on every trade (whether profit or loss)
•💸 30% flat tax on profits — with no loss set-off allowed
•Nearly 30–50% of what they earn is lost to direct & indirect taxes.

•Despite this, traders are mocked as gamblers, not respected as risk-taking entrepreneurs.

If they lose everything, there’s no safety net. No support. Just silence.

💔 It’s a hard, unforgiving system.
All the risk. No protection. No respect.

🚨 Unfair Taxation in India 🇮🇳 🚨

• Crypto ≠ Gambling

• Bike ≠ Luxury (It’s a necessity for millions)

• Water & Air Purifiers ≠ Luxury (Essential for health)

• AC ≠ Luxury (Extreme weather conditions demand it)

• Health Insurance ≠ Luxury (It’s a basic need, not a privilege)

Taxing these at 28%+ is unfair! Please reconsider for the common people. 🙏
