I've been to 19 BTS events in south korea. 17 in seoul and 2 in busan. 2 has been catastrophically organized. I dare you to guess which city those two were in.
[NOTICE] Apology Concerning the Delayed Start of BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN on June 12
Hello.
This is HYBE.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who attended the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN today, June 12, for the significant inconvenience caused by the delayed start of the concert.
While we strove to ensure seamless operations to provide a meaningful experience for our audience, a combination of factors—including on-site communication issues, bottlenecks during fan gift distribution, and delays in merchandise pickup—resulted in a delayed start to the show.
We once again express our deepest apologies for causing great disappointment and inconvenience to our audience members who waited a long time to view the performance.
To prevent these issues from happening again at tomorrow’s show, we will thoroughly review and improve all aspects of our on-site operations, including the entry process and gift distribution.
For any inquiries regarding this performance, please contact the NOL ticket Customer Center at 1544-1555.
Thank you.
