@zavvi Are you replying to messages sent via the Zavvi help page? My boyfriend has been trying to exchange some faulty joggers he got me for Xmas - he wrote to you on 02/01, heard nothing, received an email a couple days ago asking him to resubmit his query - he did & no reply.
@zavvi_cs Not sure if this is even monitored anymore, but also don’t know if your customer service centre still exists because my boyfriend wrote to you over a week ago about a faulty product (which was a Christmas present) & you’ve not bothered to reply. Can you help, please?

@BBCWatchdog I keep trying to post a request for you to investigate food delivery services like @JustEatUK & @ubereats_uk as they are refusing to refund customers even when we have proof our items weren’t delivered or were faulty in some way. When I hit post something goes wrong.
- a manager to review their case, this is what JustEat advised me to do in the future or to email them directly. Apparently they are also making changes to their app to make refunds smoother in the future, but it’s still in the early stages. Let’s hope it does actually help!
@JustEatUK@BBCWatchdog@ubereats_uk I have sent a DM to you. I am not the only customer who needs their case reviewed though. Seems you are refusing to refund a customer based on the fact they’ve had to complain about bad customer service in the past.

@bbcwatchdog I believe I have also been contacted by a fraudulent page that was claiming to be Uber. I have contacted Uber themselves to confirm this. The place that contacted me wanted to download an app in order to get my credit back.

send the same copy & paste response 90% of the time, not addressing the issues. Also, I asked for the complaint department details for both companies & was either ignored or told they don’t have one beyond they X page
So I’ve had to post it as replies like this. @Just__eats don’t let you choose how you want your refund & still blame the customer when they say they want a refund to their card & not credit. Another of Uber’s X pages has got in contact with me, I on hold with them as I type this.
@Amy02783073@JustEatUK Also, if you are able to pay with PayPal in future It seems they are very good at making sure you get your money back. I am going to contact my bank, but yours is a bit more straight forward so you might have more luck. I’m also going to contact @BBCWatchdog & urge others too. X
@Amy02783073@JustEatUK Hi Amy. Sorry for highjacking your posts! I just wanted to let you know that I’ve been looking in to taking further action & quite a few people seem to have had success by contacting their back & asking for a chargeback.
@Just__eats I have now sent a reply. I imagine I will get no reply (I got no reply to my previous message) and if I do get a reply it will just be the same as previous messages. Bare in mind I will report the outcome on your X page, so you can’t hide the bad service behind DM’s.
@UberUKI_Support a warning to anyone using Ubereats, please beware that if something goes wrong & you need help beyond a basic refund, the staff will refuse to read what you are saying & will just put copied & pasted basic replies. I’ve told them multiple times I am missing a £7-
