And the monthly maintenance that we have to pay is almost as high as rent of a small bachelor room.

@hyderabadprop Sad reality. In 40th floor, you go to balcony and see other people's balcony, no privacy even in sky-high floors. Only the highest Sqft flats have a slight open-sky view. You can just look at floor plan. Very few flats in each floor has view, for rest of them, view is really bs.
