@instamart_it Refund drama continues! Now with Instamart. Order cancelled but refund still missing. Paid via NRE account which doesnโt accept INR credit. Sent 3 emails to support and not even an acknowledgement. Completely clueless customer service. Unacceptable.

@SwiggyCares@SwiggyCares. This is the level of sheer negligence that you guys dont go through the history of the issue, wrong RRN was provided and bank statements shared no refund has been credited, my bank account is NRE it doesn't accept INR credits, please do your homework

@zomato Restaurant cancelled my order on Zomato, and since the payment was made via my NRE account (which doesnโt accept INR credits), the refund still hasnโt been resolved even after 2 weeks and multiple follow-ups. Extremely poor support and zero accountability. Unacceptable.
