@FlyFrontier this is beyond unacceptable. You lost my checked bag on Flight 288 (SDQ to MCO) and inside was my 6-month-old baby’s hypoallergenic milk.
Because of your mistake, my baby had allergic reactions in Santo Domingo since we couldn’t find that special formula there.
@FlyFrontier this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with an airline. I flew from mco to sdq on Friday (Flight 288) and my checked bag never arrived. I was told to wait 24 hours for the next flight. Then only MCO could help Now at MCO, your staff me they can’t locate my bag
