@envinyon I'm still not sure how I feel about DRK using HP as a resource in 14. It's definitely more in line with the rest of the games, at least, and I wouldn't have to worry as much about Vigil not popping, but I feel like healers would hate it compared to getting other tanks

@envinyon I do like DRK having a bunch of oGCDs to press mechanically, but yeah it's really unsatisfying to cut off animations constantly cause you need to double weave for almost your entire burst
