So one of our audience members is currently fleeing the Russian war and has run out of resources to get somewhere safe. If anyone has anything extra to spare, here is his crowdfunding campaign.

Well, Vegas has been an experience. Came here to help someone, but things went sideways and now I'm stranded. Trying to get gas money together to get out of this city and back on track. If you can chip in, I'd really appreciate it.

So after losing almost everything I own, if I can't get $500 by noon today I lose absolutely everything. I even have the items sell for cash, but after someone punctured my sidewall, I couldn't drive to sell them. If anyone has any bright ideas, I would love to hear them
In other words: I have fully lost faith that I will find my creative fire again, so fuck it. To my little family of online misfits, fans and no small share of bots 😉 - love you guys. Hope you find something worth fighting for, the way I genuinely tried to fight for you.
Society tries to hurt victims into compliance, then does whatever it can to scurry away from it's behavior as fast as possible to avoid justice for it's own behavior. And finally, I am exhausted. I haven't felt a sense of happiness, or even free of psychological pain, in months.
It starts when you're calm and rational, then if you're like me, you push to the point where you are acting like a lunatic - just to outline how literally no behavior, nothing, was actually going to work. The truth doesn't work, and apparently performative truth doesn't either.
The reality is: The United States is sick. Psychologically, it basically has some kind of disease where it wants to hurt people in pain, and when a victim doesn't pantomime exactly what people _think_ they should act like based on CSI, or some shit, they become verbally abusive.
We set out to try and tell the story of what happened in 2023... and hundreds (literally, not kidding) of verbal and physical attacks later... and the physical trauma is now so great I want to turn off my computer the moment I even turn it on.
Though a 'trailer' or 'sizzle reel' of what happened might be useful or even critical to help people understand, it's just not possible. The psychological toll of being attacked as a victim for years has made the story radioactive to even think about, so the pain is too much.
So with morale being at an all time low, and generally being most proud of making something for the sake of making truly cool shit and being so lucky to collaborate with so many incredible people, that's what we've got left.
Sociopaths are actually dangerous people, and when people don't like the idea of having to empathize with a person or be disappointed, they lash out. Just in the past few months we've been verbally attacked for trying to tell our story more times than can be counted.
Just went ahead and released all of Raiders again upon hitting maximum fuck it mode. Probably will post a synopsis of the ending we had written in the next few days for those who are interested.
We actually work working on it, tirelessly for a while in fact.
@ign@Kotaku Its incredibly unnerving to have the panels that provide the information to donate to suddenly evaporate with no ability to discern where they went or why. Really hope your not A/B testing AI on designs without creators knowing @twitch
@twitch@twitchsupport When going to my channel https://t.co/yNkJVdiYb3, viewers are taken to an empty 'home' page without panels. When I go to other channels, regardless of follower or sub count, that doesn't seem to be an issue.
