Nurse: His vagina bushes. When he gets bored in clinic, he goes for a walk to look out of the window at those bushes... he's sure they're kept trimmed to look like vaginas.

@DrSMcMullen @NCTcharity Our instructor really was brilliant, she has taught hundreds of doctors in the last 5 years so her evidence-based approach goes down well!😂🤣
