Couldn't be happier and more proud of our paper "A pH-triggered polymer degradation or drug delivery system by light-mediated cis / trans isomerization of o-hydroxy cinnamates" that has just been accepted for publication in Macromol. Rapid Commun.! @ULL, @uni_regensburg
Our artistic streak on fire! 16th cover artwork highlighted this time by ChemCommun as inside front cover! Congratulations to A. Abramov for his immobilised Ir-photocatalyst work!

Congratulations to our new Doctor Alex Abramov @AA_UniR! It's been a real pleasure having you in the group these years and I'm very proud of you! Despite all the difficulties, we also have wonderful memories that will last forever. Wish you all the best in your future endeavours!
Our article on intramolecular photocyclization of o-hydroxycinnamates has been accepted for publication in @analesdequimica. Congratulations to co-workers José Juan Marrero-Tellado, Sebastián Bonardd @sbonsalv and Alex Abramov @AA_UniR@DDDIAZgroup, @ULL, @uni_regensburg
So thrilled to share our las Front Cover! this time on ChemPhotoChem!. Many thanks to the Editorial Team for selecting our artwork!!

@AngelaGrommet @syschem20 @DDDIAZgroup@binoy_maiti Hallo Angela, based on the paper from our group:
https://t.co/9o7V7BgkIn
we think that the initial oxygen is consumed very quickly in the beginning of the reaction inside of the pores, but diffusion of more oxygen is hindered by the material.

@ankushsood630 @syschem20 @DDDIAZgroup@binoy_maiti Hallo Ankush, this is a very interesting question! We did not check this, yet, but it seems reasonable because there could be an effect, right? We can try to prepare 2 different materials with, different cross-linking density and with that also different swelling capacities.
