In 2003, Trent Vogelhuber was on the Nationwide Arena ice as the team debuted its new third jerseys. In 2007, he was drafted by the #CBJ in his hometown. Now he's an assistant coach for the Jackets. What a hockey life in Columbus.

A member of our inaugural AAA team in 2004, Trent Vogelhuber became the first Central Ohio native ever selected in the NHL Draft when the Columbus Blue Jackets drafted him in 2007.

From Calder Cup champion to one of the AHL's most respected young coaches, it's been incredible to watch his journey.
