Simply setting up a drill or sequence then letting the players go is not development. There has to be productive feedback imparted when and where appropriate for the player to learn from that drill. So many "development" sessions are merely obstacle courses... 🧠

Game 3 of the series resulted in a win for us vs Quinte. First time in a long we have had such a full bench. Thanks to our AP’s for helping us out !! Tomorrow night Game 4 8:10pm Rama Mask vs Barrie. Come out and support the Preds as they look to close out this series with a win.
North Central Predator forward # 89 Riley O’Brien has shown some offensive power this season and has grown as a player. A 2003 with a left shot, O’Brien looks to make a difference each & every time he’s on the ice. This is his first season playing with the Predators organization.
North Central Predators Goalie #71 Blake White is a young goalie who is honing his skills on the U18 team as an underage player. He possesses good hands and a willingness to learn on job which has resulted success. White is a great teammate and comes prepared to play every game.
North Central Predator Forward #92 Jordyn Pallazzo skates well & with nice speed. The winger has skill and processes the game at a good level. A 2003, Palazzo plays a solid physical game and has good work ethic, he’s a team player and has good character both on and off the ice.
NCP Forward # 7 Dylan Palomaki is a hard working winger. He has good skills and is effective on both the offensive and defensive sides of the puck. Palomaki has good skating ability and compete level. He’s a team player with a good attitude.
