@igetredpilled Couldn't agree more. Real assets is the play. Store of value, industrial uses, and shortages should accelerate their demand and prices for years to come. But for now we chop and base.
@EricEngels Agreed. The Habs must do 2 things: they must do a much better job on the face off circle than they did in game 6 +7 against Buffalo. Lastly, generate offense from the D. They were guilty of dumping the puck under pressure. They need to make quick passes out of D zone and push
@EricEngels #76 played a great 2nd game and redeemed himself from a horrible icicing and lazy penalty. I hope #77 can chip in for game #3 with either a timely fight, physical play or a goal. He is due. But what about calling up Sammy Blais (won a cup, can put up points and is physical)
@marketminute Hi Mish,
Great work this year and watch all of your TV interviews. Still like CC after 17% miss on revenues? Fallen hard in the last couple of month from $15. Any views on this one? And which of the two do you favour more in the comments above?
@Chartfest1 What inning are we in your opinion? Is the parabolic move into gold/silver hinting at something? What would be the one thing that could trigger the alarm bells?
@BrianTycangco Hehehe. Question is who is going to save Lululemon? Are American savers tapped out as CC delinquencies rise, student loans are finally taking a bigger bit on discretionary spending; or is it because cheaper interest still haven't arrived in 2025?
@FriedgeHNIC What a huge win for the Habs! Their defensive core is rock solid for years to come especially with Engstrom, Mailloux and Reinbacher waiting to crack the lineup.
I was a year early with the prediction but I saw Dobson in a blanc, blue and rouge!
@FriedgeHNIC Amazing news for the young Habs! They continue to build on the core 4. Can't wait to have Reinbacher, Mailloux, Engstrom, and Fowler join the team to make this once again the youngest teams to make the playoffs in 25/26.
@fernandowavesfx When claims and unemployment starts rising ... Watch out. Bad for economy, housing, stocks, transports and etc. May force Powell's hands to cut. Not good.
@90Asphalt@FriedgeHNIC If the CBJ loses the game vs NYI ... Montreal makes the playoffs. The CBJ will win tonight vs PHI and if they win versus NYI ... Montreal can still make the playoffs.
Thus, the only way Habs make the playoffs is if they win against Carolina. They had 6 games to close the deal.
@georgelpatters4@NorthstarCharts Question for you and Northstar is will there be a rebound to 6k or lower before being shredded again? I don't think the credit markets have capitulated. Need to see stocks and bond markets nosedive before the dead cat bounce!
@MichaelJBurry__ Just a tad early but never wrong. Question is, how far do we go from here? Have we seen the blow-off top or waiting for a double/triple top before a magnificent drop?
@Chartfest1 Someone has to put a floor if the Fed isn't going launch QE infinity. If CNBC tells the masses that it's game over, then retail money isn't going to dump $1.7T+ into the markets like on Thursday. Someone wants or needs the markets to fall further so rates drop further down!
@dampedspring Great call since Jan. You were on CNBC and mentioned you would be a seller on any rally. How high could this dead cat bounce go? With today's strong employment numbers would that limit the upside?
Are you still looking for markets to trend lower after April's run?
@fernandowavesfx When do you expect markets to hit 6000? Will the market pump hard on Monday? Saw more selloff into the close which surprised me.
Did today's strong employment number help with an orderly selloff? Have we reached max capitulation this week?
