Technically, it is denial of right to life, if PF is mandatory and Aadhaar is mandatory for PF. So basically the govt has made it impossible for people to hold productive permanent jobs without Aadhaar.

The Aadhaar scheme is best described as "a lot of pain with little, if any, gain", especially since there has been no transparency over the costs of the scheme to Indian taxpayers.
