I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the continuous disruption of my internet services. My connection has been completely down for the **last three days**, and despite my efforts to resolve this through official channels, the issue remains unaddressed.
I have already lodged a formal complaint regarding this matter, and my current **reference number is 1-10840694187**.
**The core issues are as follows:**
* **Total Service Outage:** I have had no internet connectivity since 18/04/2026, 3 days ago, which is severely affecting my work and daily activities.
* **Lack of Technical Support:** Despite the registered complaint, no Tikona engineer has visited my premises or contacted me to provide a timeline for the resolution.
* **Broken Promises:** Every time I follow up with the helpdesk, I am given a standard response, but no physical action has been taken on the ground.
Reliable internet is a service I pay for, and this prolonged downtime coupled with a lack of engineer support is unacceptable.
I request you to escalate this matter immediately and ensure an engineer visits my location within the next 24 hours to restore the service. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to request a pro-rata credit for the downtime on my next billing cycle and consider switching to an alternative provider.
I look forward to a swift resolution.
