@a_sigi @The_Sideline10 As a Jets fan I was always excited by Ardarius Stewart's potential. Would love to see him suit up to play in @TheAAF

Josh Johnson enters game for Mark Sanchez, posts 195 yards and a touchdown. Too little, too late though, as Redskins fall to Giants 40-16.

@sdjeremiah @AAFFleet @Fam1stFamilyQB The 49ers signed @AafLegends' long snapper today as well. Not sure who got signed, first but I think Johnson was still in the rumor mill when Holba signed.

Per NFL Insider Ian Rapaport:

@Fam1stFamilyQB signed to Washington Redskins, but plans to return to the @AAFFleet after the season.

The #Redskins officially signed QB Josh Johnson. But yes, fans of the AAF’s San Diego Fleet, Johnson still plans to be playing for your team, as well.

#Legends long snapper Colin Holba has signed with the @49ers after current LS Kyle Nelson receives a 10-game suspension.

Hey @TheAAF, we've got a discussion going on Reddit over at /r/AAF_Football about how the league will be handling overtime. It's been made clear that there won't be ties, but is it sudden death? Other rules? Shoot us a reply or chime in here if you can:

@AafHoles @TheAAF He could see four games of NFL action then come right back to the @AAFFleet; considering how dominant the Cowboys have looked these last few weeks I doubt the 'Skins take the East. Maybe a wild card spot in their future but otherwise this is a nice warm-up.

[Ian Rapoport @RapSheet]

Despite working out FA QBs Landry Jones and Ryan Mallett today, the #Redskins actually hope to sign QB Josh Johnson, I’m told. There are some things to work out. He’s also the first pick of the San Diego Fleet of the Alliance of American Football.

Having gone first overall in the #AAFDraft, expectations couldn't be higher for @Fam1stFamilyQB. Read up on his journey so far and what's yet to come in our first #PlayerSpotlight, only on #AAFInsider.
