As I see it now, best case scenario would be:

-Shueisha and Toyotaro control the manga and all things related.

-CC Tokyo has anime distribution rights.

-CC Tokyo has promotion rights.

- CC Tokyo and Shueisha have no petty feelings and are willing to work together.

Assuming this is how it went down, hopefully now they finally let Toyotaro lock in and finish DBS, and let CC Tokyo go to work on getting the Moro Arc commissioned by Toei.
