American Airlines :(

Since AA feels the need to neglect its customer's concerns, feel free to use this as a way to voice your frustration with #AAnightmare

@AmericanAir @AAHorrorStories @Sama53 #americanairlines Don't you consider our customer experience? Do you try to improve it or don't care?

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@AmericanAir @keyoda booooooo AA. Booooooo #lostbutneverfound #nograndparentsallowed

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@AmericanAir @keyoda this lost bike cost the triathlon participant to lose thousands in entry fees, not to mention the time spent training.

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@AmericanAir @keyoda up to their usual scheme, you know, "losing" iPads. I vaguely remember a customer having his tri-bike lost not long ago

[keyoda @keyoda]

@AmericanAir Thanks. I'll try. But you must know if you have given my iPad to JFK lost & found...

[keyoda @keyoda]

@AmericanAir normally you must have found my iPad while cleaning the cabin on August-21

[americanair @AmericanAir]

@keyoda Sorry we haven't heard back. You're welcome to double check with our Lost & Found at JFK 718-487-5501.

[americanair @AmericanAir]

@keyoda Lost and found let us know they did a check of their intake log from 8/21 to present and your iPad was not turned in.

@Ross919 @AmericanAir Did they happen to use @FToastKing's pudding as fuel? We've been trying to locate that delectable concoction since '91

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@Ross919 @AmericanAir You are telling me that they were not aware that turbine engines do in fact require jet fuel to operate? #interesting

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@FToastKing @AmericanAir your pudding was the best. I still can't believe they have been unable to track it down. #disgraceful

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@DrRScarborough what type of flammable liquid will you be using? May I suggest going all out and just covering yourself in thermite?

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@DrRScarborough the ball is in your court good sir.

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@DrewVerdecchia @AmericanAir which caused me to rent a car one way for a seven hour drive home. #thanksaa

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@SarKohler @AmericanAir I saw an attendant deny a stroller for a mom carrying a baby in a customer service line that we waited in for 2 hrs.

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@DrewVerdecchia @AmericanAir I hope they don't attempt to put you on another carrier's flight. That's how they stranded me in Florida.

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

A truer statement has never been uttered, shouted, or thought. @AmericanAir https://t.co/PEI5D34AzN

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

American Airlines is the epitome of what is wrong with the world today. #worstcustomerserviceever @AmericanAir

[American Airlines :( @AAHorrorStories]

@Eamyoncanoe @AmericanAir he arrived to find out they never booked him on the delta flight and had to drive 7 hours home in a rental. (2/2)
