I would take it a step further and refuse to associate with anyone who declares their income to the “IRS,” possesses a state issued “ID,” relies on “passports” to cross “borders,” or responds to courts that fly a maritime flag with a gold fringe (illegal to do on land)

Consistent with my opinion over the past few days - the Attorney General has released a statement that the AWB is in effect for most of Virginia.

We are in dangerous times and I would highly encourage everyone to understand that there are criminal implications for violating the law. Do not attempt to purchase any kind of weapon deemed as an assault weapon until the Virginia courts strike down this law. The cartel running the government right now is not one that is friendly at all to the second amendment and the last thing I want to see is a dealer or a customer get arrested.

There is no statewide injunction until a court clearly says so. The local police can enforce law and willfully violating the new AWB could be a real problem.

Be patient. The AWB is on track to be struck down but don’t get in trouble right now.
