To be fair, John King was attempting to show “all counties that Harris outperformed Biden by 3% or more.” He didn’t immediately realize it, but he hit the wrong button, and the blank map that Tapper reacts to here was actually “STATES that Harris outperformed Biden by 3.00% or more.” Still surprising, but not nearly as jaw-dropping as zero counties. Watch a little longer and he realizes his error and corrects it. I think there were 58 counties or so that fit the filter (outperformed Biden by 3.00%). Still small.
