@hotelsdotcom Not if you book your rooms using @hotelsdotcom. We had three separate reservations missing multiple rooms this week on a family trip. The AI chatbot is about as useful as booking using your service. Would you be interested in making it right?

For additional context; Not one room. Multiple rooms across several days were not booked. We had to call ahead to each location to correct your mistakes. It makes us wonder why your service is necessary if we need to follow up and book our rooms ourselves.

Clunky human writing or AI-like clang loses readers and customers.
