@ClarksonsFarm1 Luke warm bath, coffee or tea with a pinch of salt or water/squash with salt about a teaspoon per litre, remove all clothes and stay in the coldest room possible.
To prevent it in the first place plenty of liquids every 30 mins try to drink liquids.
